Some of our clients have difficulty in finding a reliable and suitable skilled bookkeeping or in-house accountant that can cover all of their requirements. Increasingly clients are turning to us to take over in full their accounts function and operate as an outsourced accounts departments.

This means that, for example, instead of paying the salary of one unqualified bookkeeper, you can pay a similar amount and get the benefit of an unqualified assistant, a qualified assistant and a partner to oversee and liaise with the client.

All of the bookkeeping and payroll is performed on our Sage software platform. You save by not having to pay annual technical support and period software upgrade costs. We upgrade to the latest version of the Sage software every year allowing your business to take advantage of the recent technological developments such as integration with online banking and Einvoicing. We also store your data on our secure server and are responsible for all backup procedures.

This is a highly personalised and the tasks we perform for our clients vary. A fully outsourced solution would include all of the following. This is not an exhaustive list and clients can select specific services should they wish so.
